From Unusable to Best in USA
Client: Garrett Specialties
As a design partner of Rackspace, they referred a client to us who just wasted $50,000 on an unusable website. Garrett had an urgent need to start over with trust & confidence to not only build a site that works efficiently, but also wins their industry award for Best Website of the Year. Within a few months we did exactly that – they won their industry’s award for best Promotional Product Website of the Year.
From Zero to $450,000
Client: J&J Dog Supply
AT&T asked us to visit their customer, J&J Dog Supply, whose advertising agency had built an e-commerce website, which in two years had not made a single online sale. This was odd, as they were the industry leader in mail order sales, with over 700 products from dog toys to agility training. We rebuilt their website which then made $250,000 in year 1 and $450,000 in year 2.

On 9/11/2001, immediately after the attacks, the International Security Management Association asked us to build a database of security assets & talent worldwide, with a secure interface between ISMA management, the FBI (and eventually Homeland Security) and their membership, the Chief Security Officers of Fortune 500 Companies, to allow rapid action as needed and eliminate rumors.
